Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of item(s) receipt- inventory willing. Customer must pay for return postage.
Items can be returned for store credit or exchange only- unless there is fault by haute hues. If we are at fault, we will pay for return postage.
Any signs of wear (anything other than trying on the product) or damage that is not at fault of haute hues will lead to the exchange or return request being denied.
Return and exchange request must be made via email- firstname.lastname@example.org - we do not except order questions via Instagram.
